FAQs

How long do I wait to be seen by the doctor?

Wendy-ann Sylvester, MD, Camarillo Urgent Care Doctor PortraitIf you are coming in by appointment the wait is usually quite minimal. When coming in as a walk-in patient, your wait can vary depending on the current patients in before you. We do screen our patients medical needs to ensure severely urgent needs are tended to as quick as possible. It is recommended that all patients call first to set up an appointment, but this is not required.

What insurance do you accept?

For over a decade, we have been a “cash-only” medical office that accepts payment by cash, check or credit card at the time your service is rendered. HOWEVER, we will happily prepare your insurance paperwork for you to send in to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Do you offer occupational physicals for employment?

Yes, we do. For decades, many local businesses have used our medical center to send possible employees here for a pre-hire physical and for any other job required exams. We also provide drug screening for local employers and others too.
